Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required

• Licensure & Certification:

  • Active RN license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)

  • Current AHA BLS certification (required)

  • ACLS certification within 60 days of hire

  • Specialty nursing certification preferred

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of recent, relevant clinical experience in Medical-Surgical care (consideration given for other applicable clinical areas)

• Skills:

  • Strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to thrive in a high-stress environment with minimal supervision
