Virtus Healthcare Staffing is supporting the recruitment efforts for an open RN Manager – Operating Room position at a leading acute care medical center in Portland, OR. This is a full-time, day shift leadership role with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.

  • Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license upon hire.

  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.

  • Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience, with recent first-line management experience in perioperative or surgical services.

  • Strong leadership, team-building, and operational management skills.

  • Preferred: Master's degree in Nursing or a related field and CNOR certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Operating Room unit(s), aligning with organizational mission and values.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices in safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.

  • Serve as a liaison between nursing leadership and multidisciplinary teams to promote effective communication and coordination of care.
