Here’s how you benefit:
For each referral that gets hired on a permanent direct-hire role, you will receive a bonus of up to $5,000 after they complete the first 60 days of their new career. Once Verified your bonus will be paid as soon as a valid Federal Form W9 has been received by our office.
For referrals placed in contract positions, you’ll receive a bonus of up to $1,500 once the candidate completes 480 hours of billable time and a valid Federal Form W9 has been received. We will notify you immediately if your candidate accepts a new job offer through Virtus and request that a W9 be completed to facilitate payment processing. Payments will not be released until these requirements are met.
