AIUM names 2025 class of fellows

The board of governors of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM), along with its executive committee, has named the 2025 class of AIUM fellows.

Individuals must be nominated, meet eligibility criteria, complete an application, and secure letters of support to be considered Fellows. The AIUM executive committee reviews these materials and sends successful applications to the AIUM board of governors for final approval.

The members of the new class of AIUM Fellows include the following:

• Keith R. Barron, Jr., MD, of Prisma Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, SC
• Claudia Patricia Gonzalez, MD, PhD, of Highly Ultrasound Center in Bogota, Colombia
• Reinhard Kubale, MD, of the University Hospital Saarland in Homburg, Germany
• Ann Marie Kupinski, PhD, of North Country Vascular Diagnostics in Glen Falls, NY
• Kibo Nam, PhD, of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA
