  • Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans.

  • Supervise and train behavior technicians to implement ABA interventions with fidelity.

  • Partner with families and caregivers, providing coaching and tools to reinforce positive behavior changes at home and in the community.

  • Collaborate with other clinical providers in a multidisciplinary model to ensure comprehensive care.

  • Engage in continuous clinical improvement and contribute to team knowledge sharing and mentorship.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification or eligible to sit for the BCBA exam within 30 days.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing treatment plans focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

  • Previous leadership in supervising technicians delivering ABA-based services.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and team members.

Why Join Us?

  • Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience with bonus opportunities.

  • Growth Opportunity: Explore potential to become a founding equity partner in a new ABA clinic.

  • Supportive Environment: Ongoing mentorship, interdisciplinary collaboration, and leadership development.

  • Work-Life Balance: Predictable schedules and generous PTO, holidays, and CEU incentives.

  • Robust Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and student loan repayment options.

  • Professional Development: $1,000 CEU stipend plus internal CEU courses and learning pathways.
