Provide Expert Anesthesia Care

As a CRNA, you will administer anesthesia and provide comprehensive anesthesia care under the medical direction and supervision of an anesthesiologist. You will play a critical role in ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments to evaluate patient health status and develop appropriate anesthesia plans.
• Administer various types of anesthesia, including general, regional, and local, using a variety of techniques and medications.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and physiological parameters during anesthesia, ensuring stability and promptly addressing any complications.
• Manage pain and maintain patient comfort during and after surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of anesthesia care and patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (4-year) in Nursing.
• Experience: Relevant experience as a CRNA is required.
• Certifications and Licensure:
  • AANA Certification
  • ACLS Certification
  • BLS Certification
  • PA Registered Nurse License
  • PALS Certification
