Virtus Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide full-scope anesthesia care for a diverse range of surgical procedures.

Provide Comprehensive Anesthesia Care

As a CRNA, you will be an integral part of the surgical team, providing expert anesthesia services to patients undergoing various procedures, including ortho, OB/GYN, and eye cases. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive pre-operative patient assessments.
• Administer anesthesia using a variety of techniques, including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC).
• Monitor patient vitals and respond effectively to any intraoperative complications.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Qualifications:

• Education: Registered Nurse’s License.
• Experience: Relevant anesthesia experience required.
• Licensure: North Dakota Medical License (or ability to obtain).
• Certifications:
  • CRNA Certification.
  • BLS/ACLS.
• Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours/week.
• 12-hour shifts (day/night/weekend rotations).
• Call rotation: 1:5.
