How You'll Contribute:
As Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all clinical activities in the ER. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality care, operational efficiency, staff engagement, and regulatory compliance. You'll also:

Oversee and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality initiatives.

Serve as a mentor and leader to nursing staff and allied professionals.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.

Drive excellence in patient care and experience from triage through discharge.
Position Summary:

Supervise day-to-day clinical operations of the Emergency Department.

Establish and monitor patient care goals in alignment with hospital objectives.

Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Provide mentorship and ongoing professional development opportunities for staff.

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and clinical standards.

Deliver direct care when needed to patients across the lifespan (including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations).

Minimum Qualifications:
-
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (required); BSN (preferred)

Experience: Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in an emergency department or specialty unit; 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Licensure/Certifications:
-
Current RN License in New Mexico or a Compact State

CPR Certification (required)

Advanced certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) are a plus
