We are currently seeking a highly skilled CT Technologist to join our partner, a 523-bed, full-service medical and surgical acute care center in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Provide Expert CT Imaging in a Leading Acute Care Center

As a CT Technologist, you will perform high-quality CT scans, ensuring accurate and timely imaging services for patients across various medical conditions, contributing to their diagnosis and treatment.

Job Summary:

As a CT Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality CT imaging services to patients of all ages. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing CT scans, including routine and complex procedures.
• Preparing patients for exams, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns.
• Operating CT scanners and other imaging equipment to obtain clear and diagnostic images.
• Processing and analyzing CT images to identify abnormalities and assist in diagnosis.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
• Adhering to radiation safety protocols and minimizing patient exposure.
• Collaborating with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications:

• ARRT (R) & (CT) registry
• Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist
• Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technology School
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days of employment)

Preferred Qualification:

• One year of CT experience (not necessarily in an acute care setting)

Available Shifts:

• Main Hospital: Monday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• FSED: Monday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM with potential coverage of 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts as needed.
