This 99-bed facility boasts two state-of-the-art cath lab suites and provides exceptional cardiac care to the local community.

Lead a State-of-the-Art Cath Lab in a Community Hospital

As the Director of Cardiac Cath Lab, you will lead and manage a team of skilled professionals, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

Position Highlights:

• Team Leadership: Provide strong guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
• Operations Oversight: Manage daily operations of the Cath Lab, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Clinical Excellence: Oversee a highly skilled team that performs critical cardiac procedures, with a focus on patient safety and outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and other leadership teams to align departmental goals with hospital-wide objectives.
• On-Call Rotation: Support staff in managing on-call schedules to ensure seamless 24/7 coverage.

Requirements:

• Current licensure or certification as an RN, APRN, RCIS, or State-Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT).
• 2-3 years of recent Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager experience in a Cath/EP Lab within an acute hospital setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, manage workflows, and maintain high-quality clinical standards.
