Job Summary

As an Emergency Medicine Physician, you will provide immediate and comprehensive care to patients experiencing various medical emergencies. You will work collaboratively to stabilize patients, diagnose conditions, and initiate treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages with various conditions and injuries. Perform histories, physicals, and procedures. Order and interpret tests. Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care. Communicate with patients and families. Consult with specialists.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate medical records. Document encounters, diagnoses, and treatments.
• Quality Improvement: Participate in initiatives to enhance patient care. Identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• MD from an accredited medical school.
• Emergency Medicine residency.
• Board-eligible/Certified in Emergency Medicine.
• NY medical license.
• PALS (required), ACLS/BLS (preferred).
• Excellent clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
