Position Overview:

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in a collaborative and supportive outpatient setting. You will build strong patient relationships, work with a dedicated team, and contribute to the health and well-being of a diverse community.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a full range of family medicine services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, and minor procedures.
• Build strong patient relationships based on trust, empathy, and effective communication.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of the practice.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active MD License in Massachusetts
• DEA Registration
• Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration
• National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care.
