About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a full range of family medicine services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, and minor procedures.
• Build strong patient relationships based on trust, empathy, and effective communication.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of the practice.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with established standards.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Required)
• Active MD License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (Required)
• DEA Registration (Required)
• Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (Required)
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) (Required)
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (Required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care (Required)

General Requirements to Practice Family Medicine in Massachusetts:

• Graduation from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.
• Passing score on the USMLE or COMLEX exams.
• Meet all requirements for medical licensure in Massachusetts, including background checks and continuing medical education.
