Our firm is proud to be partnering in the recruitment of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a high-functioning, community-anchored practice in Douglassville, Pennsylvania. This full-time opportunity offers a unique mix of patient care and preceptorship, with institutional support to foster both academic and clinical excellence.

Position Overview

The practice is part of a respected regional health network and offers a well-established patient base, along with the ability to teach up to 2–3 residents as part of a weekly preceptorship model. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekend office requirements and flexible hours. The role includes:

• One half-day per week protected for your personal patient panel

• 1:1 preceptorship with medical residents

• EPIC EMR integration across the system with DAX Copilot for enhanced documentation

• Supportive environment with:

  • 2 Physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner

  • 3 Medical Assistants (MAs), 3 Patient Service Representatives (PSRs), 1 Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Collaborative Practice Administrator

• Shared call structure that prioritizes work-life balance

• Opportunity to quickly build a panel in a stable, low-turnover clinical setting

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

• Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure

• New graduates welcome — Chief Residency experience with significant teaching required

• For experienced candidates: a mix of academic and outpatient primary care preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
