Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Build strong patient relationships based on trust, empathy, and effective communication.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and patient-centered care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Internal Medicine.
- Open to new graduates – candidates coming out of training are encouraged to apply!
- Must have a valid Pennsylvania medical license or the ability to obtain one prior to start.
