Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Virtus Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a leading Penn Yan, NY clinic to find a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) to oversee their clinical operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate mental health professional to take on a leadership role, mentoring new graduates and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Clinical Operations: Manage the day-to-day clinical activities, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient scheduling, and optimal patient care.
• Supervision & Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to therapists, particularly new graduates, fostering their professional development and clinical skills.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of care by implementing and monitoring quality assurance programs.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant and ethical standards, including OMH regulations.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other members of the clinical team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses.
• Administrative Tasks: Participate in administrative duties as needed, such as staff meetings, program development, and documentation review.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s in Social Work
• Licensure: LCSW and valid NYS Driver’s License with a clean record.
• Experience: 2 years of leadership experience in a mental health or hospital setting, with a strong understanding of OMH regulations.
