Lead the Way in Ortho/Neuro/Med-Surg Nursing

As Nurse Manager, you will guide a talented team of nurses in providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic and challenging unit. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff on the Ortho/Neuro/Med-Surg unit.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Oversee patient care operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Implement and enforce hospital policies and procedures.
• Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited School of Nursing (Required)
• Current RN licensure in the State of Texas or Compact State with declared Primary State of Residence (Required)
• 3-5 years of experience in ICU or Neurological unit (Required)
• 2 years of recent experience as a Charge RN or higher (Required)
• Clinical practice within the past 2-5 years (Required)
• Current clinical practice in the area of expertise (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (Required)
