Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Provide leadership and direction for the effective operation of assigned clinic(s), ensuring efficient patient flow, resource utilization, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Financial Management: Oversee budget development, monitor financial performance, and conduct revenue cycle analysis to ensure fiscal responsibility and achieve financial goals.
- Provider Relations: Interact regularly with providers, ensuring effective communication and addressing their operational needs.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly reports, reviewing financial performance and key metrics with providers.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to Clinic Administrators, including performance management, coaching, and talent development.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce practice investment, including accounts receivable oversight, budgeting, charge capture, and monthly operating report (MOR) preparation.
- Growth Initiatives: Implement and manage market plans for new patients, driving clinic growth and expanding services.
- Staff Management: Oversee and manage support staff within assigned clinic(s), including performance reviews and other HR-related matters.
Schedule:
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
- Shift: Day Shift
- Typical Hours: Monday to Friday (exact hours to be determined based on operational needs)
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's Degree preferred for larger markets.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years in physician practice management or a similar healthcare setting, with specific leadership experience.
- Certifications:
- Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) or FACMPE certification is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop action plans.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
