Nurse Manager – ICU Med Surg Telemetry

Lead a dynamic team and make a difference in patient care as the Nurse Manager for ICU Med Surg Telemetry at a 137-bed acute care hospital in Sanford, NC. This role offers the chance to oversee the medical/surgical and ICU units, ensuring high-quality care and efficient operations.

Lead and Innovate in ICU Med Surg Telemetry Nursing Management

As the Nurse Manager, you will organize, direct, and supervise the functions of the medical/surgical and ICU units. You will ensure policies and procedures are followed, maintain safe staffing levels, manage supplies and equipment, and ensure efficient patient throughput.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

• Staff development
• Evidence-based clinical practice
• Personnel resource/productivity management
• Patient quality, safety, and performance improvement
• Regulatory compliance

Required Education:

• Associate's degree Required
• Bachelor's degree Preferred

Required License:

• Registered Nurse in North Carolina

Required Certification:

• BLS (within 30 days of hire)
• ACLS (within 90 days of hire)
