Your Impact as Nursing Director:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic vision for the OR nursing department, aligning with the hospital’s overall goals and objectives.

Qualifications for Experienced Nurses:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in nursing management in a hospital setting, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Demonstrated leadership ability and a proven track record of success in achieving clinical and operational goals.
- Licensure/Certifications: Current Arizona Registered Nurse License and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a Level I Trauma Center or a similar high-acuity setting.
- WOCN (Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing) certification.
- Training in wound care and hyperbaric therapy from a nationally recognized provider.
Schedule:
- Full Time: 40 hours per week.
- Shift: Day Shift
