Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for patients in a sports rehab setting.
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions consistent with the standards of practice defined by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and the state of Kansas.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to occupational therapy assistants and other support staff.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Promote occupational therapy services within the medical center and the broader community.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Kansas.
• BLS certification.
• Strong clinical skills and experience in sports rehabilitation preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping patients achieve their maximum potential.
