This is a unique opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible physician with training in Pain Medicine to provide comprehensive care in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role involves providing comprehensive care to patients suffering from chronic and acute pain conditions. You will use a combination of interventional and non-interventional procedures, as well as medical management, to treat a diverse patient population. You will have access to advanced technologies and work closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring every patient receives a personalized and effective treatment plan.

Required Qualifications:
An active and unrestricted medical license in New York State or eligibility to obtain one.
Board certification or eligibility in Pain Medicine.
A valid DEA license.
