Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Pediatric Nephrologist to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to clinical care, research, education, and operational functions within the division. You will be involved in the delivery of exceptional care to pediatric patients while engaging in educational initiatives and research opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and plasmapheresis procedures in a pediatric setting.
• Participate in day (inpatient) and night call coverage, with call typically bundled within the same week.
• Engage in teaching activities, research initiatives, and contribute to quality improvement and strategic development.
• Collaborate in a team-based care environment with dedicated support staff.
• Provide leadership and advocacy within the pediatric nephrology division.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for efficient patient documentation and care coordination.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatric Nephrology.
• Active licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence, education, research, and advocacy.
• Proven ability to balance clinical care with teaching and research responsibilities.
