Provide Patient-Centered Primary Care

As a Physician Assistant in Primary Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients. You will conduct thorough assessments, diagnose and treat illnesses, manage chronic conditions, and provide preventive care. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for building long-term relationships with patients.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, acute illness management, chronic disease management, and wellness promotion.
• Conduct thorough health assessments, diagnose and treat various medical conditions, and provide patient education.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform minor procedures as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, adhering to all documentation standards.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification as a Physician Assistant.
• Active and unrestricted NYS License.
• Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for building long-term relationships with patients and providing compassionate care.
