The successful candidate will provide outpatient primary care to patients in a supportive, patient-centered environment. This role emphasizes collaboration, clinical excellence, and the ability to connect meaningfully with patients and colleagues alike.
Deliver exceptional outpatient care using evidence-based practices.
Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Actively contribute to a collaborative culture across clinical and operational teams.
Support patients in achieving long-term health and wellness goals.
MD or DO with board certification (or board eligibility for new graduates).
Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain).
Experience in outpatient care.
Strong communication and patient-focused approach.
Tech-savvy with EMR systems (Epic experience a plus but not required).
Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Osteopathic Medicine preferred.
