Location: Modesto, CA

Sign-On Bonus:

• $30,000 for eligible external hires with 6 months of experience.
• $10,000 for new graduates.

Shift Options:

• 10-hour shifts (Nights)
• 8-hour shifts (Days and Evenings)

Job Summary:

The Diagnostic Imaging Technologist is responsible for providing radiological care to patients of all ages, using ionizing radiation for the diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomical and physiologic disorders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of conventional Radiology and be proficient in operating X-ray equipment and PACS.

Responsibilities:

• Perform radiological examinations as ordered by physicians, ensuring patient safety and optimal image quality.
• Prepare exam rooms, equipment, supplies, and medications for patient procedures.
• Educate patients about procedures and address any questions or concerns.
• Demonstrate competency in conventional radiography and at least one other area such as CT, MRI, or Interventional Radiology (if applicable competencies are met).
• Process images and ensure high-quality submission to PACS.
• Participate in performance improvement activities within the department.
• May be required to take the call.

Qualifications:

• BLS certification
• ARRT (R) certification
• CRT license
• Fluoroscopy permit
