Lead a State-of-the-Art Cath Lab in a Premier Trauma Center

As the Cath Lab Director, you will provide strategic leadership, manage a dynamic team, and ensure exceptional patient care in a cutting-edge cardiovascular setting.

About the Role:

Lead a dynamic team of 20 FTEs in a cutting-edge Cath Lab featuring 4 labs with a Neurointerventional Suite equipped with Biplane Angiography, Electrophysiology (EP), and Echo capabilities. This is a full-time position with mixed shifts and no weekend requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Cath Lab, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
• Manage and mentor a team of registered nurses and technicians, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, administrators, and other stakeholders to optimize patient care and workflow.
• Implement best practices in cardiovascular care and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of the Cath Lab.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
• Active Florida RN License (Required)
• 3-5 years of experience in a Critical Care setting (Required)
• 2 years of recent experience in a leadership role in a Critical Care Unit (Required)
• 1 years of experience as an ACUTE CARE DIRECTOR of cardiovascular services (Required). Manager experience will be considered for candidates with several years of experience as a manager in a cardiovascular unit.
• MUST HAVE Cath Lab Director/Manager experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (Required)
• ARDMS (RVT) or CCI (RCCS) certification (Preferred)
