Provide Critical Care in a Collaborative Environment

As an ICU RN at this state-of-the-art facility, you will provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients with a focus on neurological conditions. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, utilizing advanced technology and evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, administer medications, and provide respiratory support.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current and valid Texas RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience.
• BLS certification (required before initiating patient contact).
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
