As a Critical Care RN, you will provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:

As a Critical Care RN, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert care to patients with life-threatening conditions. Working in a dynamic environment, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and patient-centered care, leveraging advanced technologies and evidence-based practices to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced nursing care for critically ill patients, including comprehensive assessments, monitoring, and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, utilizing ACLS and PALS certifications to manage critical situations effectively.
• Educate patients and families, ensuring clear communication and compassionate support during challenging times.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Georgia or active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
• AHA or client BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required).
• TNCC certification (preferred).
• BSN preferred; Master’s Degree a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an acute care critical care unit.
