What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to women during labor and delivery, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Monitor fetal well-being, assist with deliveries, and provide immediate postpartum care to mothers and newborns.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate and support families throughout the childbirth experience.
• Utilize your skills and expertise to contribute to a positive and memorable birth experience for each patient.

What You'll Need:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Alaska Registered Nurse License or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• NRP certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
