Lead a High-Performing Cath Lab Team in a Premier Level I Trauma Center

As the Manager – Cath Lab, you will oversee operations, ensure clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment, driving patient outcomes and operational efficiency in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology or School of Professional Nursing. A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Licensure: Current registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and certification as a Radiologic Technologist by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts. OR current licensure in the State of Kansas as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Multi-State Licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS are required.
• Experience: At least two years of leadership experience in an acute care Cath Lab setting is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Cath Lab, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to safety standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize staff performance and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions and enhance service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to staff, fostering professional growth and development.
