Lead the Way in Mother-Baby Care

As Nurse Manager of the Mother Baby/Obstetrics unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring superior patient and customer satisfaction by providing the highest quality care and service. You will lead a team of dedicated nurses and support staff in providing exceptional care to mothers and newborns in a nationally recognized hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Mother Baby/Obstetrics unit.
• Supervise and mentor a team of nurses and support staff.
• Ensure adherence to established standards of care and best practices.
• Promote a patient-centered approach to care delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Manage unit budget and resources effectively.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Experience: 2 years of clinical experience in the area of specialty is preferred.
• Licensure: California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• Certifications: BLS – American Heart Association certification upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
