Lead a High-Performing ICU Team in a Regional Medical Center

As an ICU Nurse Manager, you will provide leadership, ensure high standards of care, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in a dynamic critical care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight to the ICU team, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement best practices.
• Mentor and guide nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, and departmental operations to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Successfully completed an accredited RN program.
• Hold a valid RN license in the State of Florida or COMPACT nursing state.
• 3 years of recent acute care leadership experience as a Charge RN, Supervisor, or Manager.
• 2 years of experience in an acute care ICU unit.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required upon hire.
