Registered Nurse – Renal Telemetry

Level II Trauma Center | Full-Time, 12-Hour Shifts | Everett, WA | $15,000 Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance

Virtus Healthcare Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our partner, a leading medical center in Everett, WA, specializing in Renal Telemetry care. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide specialized care to patients with renal conditions requiring telemetry monitoring.

Provide Expert Care in Renal Telemetry Nursing

As an RN in the Renal Telemetry unit, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with renal conditions requiring telemetry monitoring. You will utilize your clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with renal conditions requiring telemetry monitoring.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families about their care, treatment options, and disease management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
• Provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Manage fluid and electrolyte balance.
• Monitor renal function and administer appropriate medications.
• Educate patients on dialysis, if applicable.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon Hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
• Upon Hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• One (1) year of nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Upon hire: National Certification in the area of specialty.
