The Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all clinical operations within the Mother Baby and Obstetrics department, ensuring outstanding patient care, team collaboration, and operational excellence. Lead daily nursing operations and staff management in the Mother Baby / OB unit
Foster a supportive and accountable environment for nursing staff
Ensure compliance with evidence-based practice and regulatory standards
Oversee staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and quality initiatives
Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and administrative leaders to drive excellence in maternal and infant care
Promote patient satisfaction and a culture of safety and respect
Maintain readiness for audits and surveys from external accrediting agencies
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
California Registered Nurse License (active and unrestricted)
BLS certification (American Heart Association), upon hire
California Fire and Life Safety Card, within 30 days of hire
Management of Aggressive Behavior training, within 90 days of hire
Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a relevant specialty (preferred)
Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Leadership experience in maternal-child health or obstetrics
Demonstrated success in driving patient safety, quality improvement, and team engagement
