As Section Chief of Pediatric Nephrology, you will provide visionary leadership to a dedicated team, fostering excellence in patient care, research, education, and advocacy. Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Pediatric Nephrology team.
- Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients with kidney disorders.
- Education: Engage in teaching and mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Research: Participate in research initiatives to advance the field of pediatric nephrology.
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the division, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- MD or DO degree.
- Board-certified/eligible in Pediatric Nephrology.
- Unrestricted PA medical license or eligibility for licensure.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
- Preferred:
- Experience in a teaching hospital setting.
- Strong research background.
