- Mentorship and Education:

Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine.
- Significant experience in clinical practice and leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong commitment to patient care, education, and research.
