Provide Comprehensive Dental Care to a Diverse Community

As a Staff Dentist, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, perform a range of dental procedures, and educate patients on oral health.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered dental care to patients of all ages.
• Conduct thorough oral examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including preventative care, restorative dentistry, and oral surgery.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene, preventative measures, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with other dental professionals, including hygienists and assistants, to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to established guidelines and confidentiality protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the dental practice.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate from an accredited dental school. Doctorate (DDS/DMD) preferred.
• Licensure: Valid license to practice dentistry in the state of Connecticut.
• Have or be eligible to obtain a valid DEA and state narcotic registration.
• Experience: Proven track record of providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients.
• Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

• Ability to provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain timely, thorough, and accurate clinical documentation.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to maintain an efficient patient flow.
• Resourceful problem-solving attitude and a willingness to be accountable.
