Provide Comprehensive Dental Care to a Diverse Community
As a Staff Dentist, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, perform a range of dental procedures, and educate patients on oral health.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered dental care to patients of all ages.
- Conduct thorough oral examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including preventative care, restorative dentistry, and oral surgery.
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene, preventative measures, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with other dental professionals, including hygienists and assistants, to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to established guidelines and confidentiality protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the dental practice.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited dental school. Doctorate (DDS/DMD) preferred.
- Licensure: Valid license to practice dentistry in the state of Connecticut.
- Have or be eligible to obtain a valid DEA and state narcotic registration.
- Experience: Proven track record of providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients.
- Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
