Provide Essential Support in a Fast-Paced Surgical Setting
As a Surgical Technician, you will play a critical role in providing essential support during surgical procedures. You will prepare the operating room, ensure sterile conditions, and assist the surgical team, contributing to optimal patient outcomes in a Level III Trauma Center.

Required Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited surgical technologist program, OR
- Completion of a military training program in surgical technology, OR
- Work experience in surgical technology (including education from a non-accredited program).
- Washington Surgical Technologist Registration upon hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of recent experience as a surgical technologist.
- 2 years of OR surgical technologist experience.
Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring sterile conditions.
- Arrange and organize surgical instruments and supplies.
- Assist the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies during procedures.
- Maintain a sterile field throughout the surgical procedure.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team.
- Assist with patient positioning and preparation.
- Clean and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
- Document surgical procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care.
