This full-time leadership role offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 to $136,000 and the opportunity to oversee Med-Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and Cardiac Specialty Unit operations.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN required, MSN preferred
Licensure & Certification:
Active Texas RN license (Texas must be home state of license)
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
CPI certification (within first 6 months in role)
National certification in area of expertise preferred
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of progressive management experience in an inpatient nursing environment
Expertise in Med-Surg, Telemetry, ICU, or Cardiac Care strongly preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to drive clinical excellence and staff engagement
Compensation: Competitive base salary of $105,000–$136,000 annually
