Certified Medical Assistant – Clinical Support

Location: Johnson Creek,

Virtus Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our partner, Regional Medical Center, as a Clinical Support professional in their Johnson Creek Clinic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic clinic setting, providing excellent patient care, and supporting various clinical and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patient records and rooms for appointments
• Assist physicians, providers, and nurses with patient care
• Perform basic clinical tasks, such as taking vitals and administering medications (as permitted by certification)
• Ensure smooth patient flow throughout the clinic
• Interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a healthcare clinic setting
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required
• Registered with the State of Wisconsin
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
