Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the Ultrasound Department, ensuring effective and efficient workflow.
Manage staffing schedules, handle day-to-day concerns, and ensure the department runs smoothly.
Provide leadership and support to staff, offering guidance and troubleshooting as needed.
Be available by phone to assist staff and the department during off-hours.
Participate in inspection and accreditation processes specific to Sonography.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Radiography program.
Current certification in Sonography through ARDMS (BR) is required.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Sonography.
Supervisory experience preferred, with a solid background in leading teams.
Must have experience with inspection and accreditation specific to Sonography.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Hours/Shift:
This is a 24/7 service. Flexible scheduling based on departmental needs.
Availability by phone during off-hours to support staff and department.
